Shipping and delivery 
Orders are shipped from Denmark via GLS or DAO within 1-2 business days date of purchase. We deliver to all countries within the EU.

International packages normally arrive within 5-7 days of shipment date. In a few cases, international delivery can take up to 14 days.

Tracking 
All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. You will be able to track your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order". 

Policies  
Once an item has been shipped, My Vintage Affair is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. 

Duties 
My Vintage Affair is not responsible for any duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel.

For EU customers

If you wish to return a purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as it remains unused, undamaged, and has the quality control label still attached. A full refund will be issued; however, return shipping costs are not covered by us. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myvintageaffair.dk or fill the form here: Issue a return.

For customers outside of EU

All vintage sales are final 
At this time we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns. Please make sure to read each items descriptions carefully before placing an order.  

Shipping  
Please ensure all shipping information is correct as we are not liable for lost or mis-delivered packages. All orders ship with tracking.
